My A1 application offers a completely renovated design and enhanced functionalities for managing mobile, internet, and TV services.

With My A1, you can easily and securely:

Monitor your monthly bill and pay invoices
Check your current bill and remaining data/minutes
Activate roaming and select the most suitable tariff for the visited country
E-sign contracts online, review, and sign them digitally
Track the status of installation requests for TV & internet and technical support tickets
Configure your own Wi-Fi network settings
Add additional packages and services to your tariff plan
Manage your credit limit
Receive special offers
And many other features tailored specifically for you in My A1

My A1 is a free mobile app available for Android* (ver. 5.1 or higher) and iOS (ver. 13.0 or higher) customers. It can be accessed through mobile network or Wi-Fi on smartphones or tablets. My A1 caters to A1 Bulgaria postpaid, prepaid, and business customers. When using the app, you can conveniently auto-recognize your mobile number or log in with your My A1 registration.

In order to unlock all the features of the My A1 app and access all your A1 services, it is necessary to register an owner profile. Alternatively, you can add services as a user with limited rights for management.

By proceeding with the installation or update of the My A1 app, you agree to the General Terms and Conditions.
